Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. You can downgrade to Free from your dashboard at any time and you'll keep Pro features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase we refund any plan upgrade, no questions asked — open a ticket from your dashboard and we process it the same business day.
How does paying with stars work?
Stars are our internal credit — you can buy them, earn them from referrals, or receive them as tips. Some plans are priced in stars instead of cash so creators with an active community can essentially earn their subscription. There's a conversion rate displayed under every star price.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing breaks. Links, profile, and click history are preserved on every plan. Pro-only features (custom domain, geo targeting, A/B testing, custom icons, hide branding…) simply stop applying on the public page — re-upgrade and they're back exactly where you left them.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. From your dashboard pick the annual variant — we credit the unused portion of the current month against the new annual price so you don't pay twice.
Is there a free plan?
